Our rehab training included: creating the scope of work, choosing materials, collect bids and award job, contractor agreements, payment schedule, the phases of construction, managing the process, punch list and more. This month at our Rehab Training Module 4, we will be explaining the selling features. We all want to keep our projects within a budget while maximizing the value of the property. Our 4th training explains what type of values will create that “WOW” factor and distinguish a motion to the home. During the rehab process, you might be asking yourself, is this needed? Is this cost effective? Does this add value to the property? Will this help sell the property?
