OFFICE MANAGER:
We are seeking an applicant with office management ability and experience. Real estate knowledge and or experience as a transaction coordinator, escrow officer, or realtor is a plus. If the applicant also has knowledge and or experience in any or all of the following: marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization and or WordPress it should be indicated on their resume.

PROJECT MANAGER:
We are seeking an applicant that works hard to create positive and productive business relationships with and coordinate contracting teams on a job site. The applicant will demonstrate a consistent work ethic, satisfactory workmanship, maintain job sites, and have a passion to achieve a high quality finished product. Knowledge and or experience in construction, architecture, the permitting process is a plus and should be indicated on the applicant’s resume.

LICENSED CONTRACTOR:
We are seeking an applicant that works hard to create positive and productive relationships with affiliated businesses and contracting teams, demonstrate a consistent work ethic, satisfactory workmanship, maintain job sites, and have a passion to achieve a high quality finished product. The applicant must also have the ability work within our construction systems that result in a more efficient process, superior product, and increased profit for the contractors.
*A current and valid general contractor license, general liability insurances and worker’s compensation is required.
