Attendees asked us to spend more time teaching the rehab process itself so now we are putting on a 3-Day Intensive Rehab Workshop that includes a full-day live interactive bus tour of our current rehab projects. Day 1: Put your Business Together, Analyzing the Deals/ Estimating Repairs, and the Rehab Process

-We will break down the entire rehab process and teach the order of each step from beginning to end
-We will share the internal systems we use to manage up to 10 active rehabs at a time
-We will show you how we put together a scope of work and keep your cost to contractors down
-Learn how we use a payment schedule that keeps projects on time and keeps contractors accountable
-We’ll break down labor and material costs for your projects
-Learn how to use our Repair Estimator to identify if you have a deal and set the tone for your scope of work
-Learn when it’s time to bring in professionals to help you identify potential high cost problems.
